Olive Oil

"A Zinzalla" is a variety of olives which flourishes both close to the coastline and to the mountains, we find it directly in Sant'Armettu on rather granitic arenas but also in Bicchisano on richer clay grounds. Thanks to a ripe fruit, picked on nets, it produces a black fruity oil, with gourmand hazelnut aromas.
